2026 Central Collection and Distribution School
The objective of the school is to REVIEW
the basic concepts in the proper operation and maintenance of water
distribution and wastewater collection systems. The curriculum will provide
information that should be helpful in preparing a participant for the mandatory
certification exams in Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection.
This school includes courses for Water
Distribution (C, B, & A), Wastewater Collection (I, II, III,

All course classes will be held at the Coastal Carolina Community College. Each grade/level (e.g., Collections II) will have specific “tracks” of sessions to attend throughout
the morning and afternoon. Final class schedules will be provided one week before school. Please note that NC One Water does NOT offer breakfast on any school days, and dinner only on Wednesday at the Student Banquet. Breaks will be
scheduled between instructors throughout each day.
Registration for an NC One Water
School course does NOT include registration for the formal operator exam.

All students will receive a web link with the school presentations in PDF format sent one week before the school begins, and students may print them on their own if desired. Students will also receive a USB drive of the presentations on-site
at the school.
NC1W can provide a printed binder of class presentations IN ADVANCE for $150 per binder. Binders are ONLY available for Collection / Distribution Courses. Please note that binders are not a required part of
registration.

Connection/Backflow Operators: This course is approved by the NCWTFOCB
for 6.0 professional growth hours (PGH) for continuing education (CEUs).
