What is the Premier Exhibitor Program?

The Premier Exhibitor Program was developed after thoughtful consideration by the 2022 NC One Water Exhibits Committee. The program was designed to:

• Help provide additional benefits for organizations providing consistent financial support of NC One Water
• Help make supporters of NC One Water feel more vested in the organization
• Help ensure the success of the NC One Water Annual Conference

What makes a Premier Exhibitor?
To determine who qualifies for Premier Exhibitor status, a series of categories have been established by the Exhibits Committee. The program will work on a points system, awarding points based on participation in the following:

• Number of and type of NC One Water Annual Conference exhibit booth(s) purchased the prior year
• Number of times exhibited in the last 5 years (including schools, Spring Conference, and Annual Conference)
• Participation in the NC One Water sponsorships for the previous and prior year
• Purchase of a NC One Water advertisements (web, NC Currents, Education Pipeline)

What do I get as a Premier Exhibitor?
Premier exhibitors will receive

• A 1 week advance on the purchase of their NC One Water Annual Conference Exhibit booth(s).
• Signage at the Annual Conference indicating their Premier Status.
• Priority placement in the Annual Conference Mobile App. 
  

How do I know if I am a Premier Exhibitor?
The program points are tallied by NC One Water staff. The tally sheet can be accessed by clicking HERE. To be considered a Premier Exhibitor you must meet a tally of 100 points.

How do I earn points?

Points will be awarded as listed below:

Annual Conference Booths
Standard booth 10 points
Premium standard booth 20 points
Premium booth 30 points

# of times Exhibited in the last 5 years
Per exhibition 10 points

When is the data pulled to determine who meets the qualifications?

The program points will be tallied quarterly by NC One Water staff based on the following time frames:

• Number of and type of NC One Water Annual Conference exhibit booth(s) purchased.
• Number of times exhibited in the last 5 years (including schools, Spring Conference, and Annual Conference).
• NC One Water sponsorships for the previous  and current year (including the annual sponsorships of NC One Water, G.R.O.W. sponsorships, and Water For People sponsorships). 
• NC One Water homepage web ads.
  
• Advertisements in the quarterly magazine NC Currents for the previous 12 months.
• Advertisements in the quarterly training catalog Education Pipeline for the previous 12 months.
