NC One Water hosts two signature events each year: our Spring Conference and our flagship Annual Conference in the Fall. As our largest gathering, the Annual Conference brings together more than 2,000 water professionals from across North Carolina for premier networking and education.

Thank you for agreeing to be a speaker at the NC One Water 2026 Spring Conference! Your expertise and willingness to share your knowledge are essential to making this event a success. This hub provides all the necessary information and links to help you prepare for your presentation.

This form will allow us to confirm your presentation title, as well as other speakers that will be co-presenting. Please sure that information for all speakers (name, company, email) are included, as we will use this form to guide our printed technical program.

1. Presentation Template & Guidelines

To maintain a cohesive and professional look for all conference sessions, we ask that all speakers to use the official NC One Water presentation template. Please be sure to download a copy of the template before beginning to make updates.

2. Final Presentation Upload

Please read the "NC One Water 2026 Spring Conference Presentations" document BEFORE you upload your final presentation in PowerPoint (`.pptx`) format by 5PM on APRIL 13. This allows our team to pre-load it onto the session room laptop, ensuring a smooth start to your presentation.

3. Speaker Registration

If you are registering for the full conference as an attendee and/or need to receive CEU/PDH credit, please use the coupon code SC_Speaker_EB when registering for the conference through our website HERE!

If you are attending JUST to present your session, you do not need to register or pay a fee. Upon arrival at Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, please check in at the Conference Registration Desk to receive your complimentary speaker badge.

4. Speaker Conference Check-in

When you arrive at the Great Wolf Lodge for the conference, please head to the Exhibit Hall and check-in at the NC One Water Registration Desk to receive your badge. Staff will also provide directions to your assigned room that you will present in, and answer any additional questions you may have at that time.

5. Hotel Block

Important Notice: NC One Water does not solicit outside help to book rooms for attendees or exhibitors. All bookings should go through the hotels directly.
