Join the NC AWWA-WEA SYPs us for a stream cleanup at Little Rock Creek. This is a great opportunity to support local water resources, enjoy a Raleigh summer morning, and network! Significant others, friends, and family are welcome to join.

We will walk the stream which is accessible by a greenway trail alongside the creek. Volunteers are encouraged to wear long-sleeved clothing, sunscreen, insect repellant, and closed toe shoes or boots. If you own any heavy-duty gloves, you may want to bring those as well. The City of Raleigh will provide safety vests, gloves, and trash bags for all volunteers.

Please meet at Mann Hall at 10:00 am if you are interested in carpooling to Walnut Creek Wetland Center.  Pizza lunch and water bottles will be provided. Download flyer...
