Join the NC AWWA-WEA Water For People Committee on April 28, 2018 for the

5^th Annual NC Water For People 5K Run in Apex!

The NC AWWA-WEA Water For People committee is hosting a 5K on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the American Tobacco Trail in Apex, NC.  All net proceeds will be donated to Water For People, a non-profit organization that works in 9 countries in Asia, Africa, and South America with the goal of providing complete water coverage in homes, schools, and clinics.

Online registration will be available until Tuesday, April 24. There will be on-site registration available on race day if you miss this cut off date.

Race Fee

$30 on or before March 31, 2018

$35 After March 31, 2018 and on-site

Racers registered on or before March 31, 2018 are guaranteed an event t-shirt. First-place finishers in each age category will receive an award. All participants will be entered into drawings for door prizes from race sponsors.

Packet Pick-up Instructions

Packet pick-up will be available for all pre-registered runners on Friday, April 27th from 5-7pm at Omega Sports, Crossroads(314 Crossroads Blvd, Cary, NC 27518).  All those stopping by Omega Sports on Friday to register or pickup their race packets will receive a 20% discount from Omega Sports, although some brand exclusions will apply.  Late registration will be available on-site on the morning of the race.
