Construction
This issue of NC Currents will highlight construction, which is a key element of the process to expand and maintain the water and wastewater industry’s infrastructure.  Articles can include those that focus on traditional construction methods, construction related issues, or alternative delivery methods.  They may also focus on ways to reduce change orders, manage costs, address or share risk, work with the public, or manage relationships between owner, engineer and contractor.
