To apply, download the Wastewater Laboratory Analyst Exam application to complete and submit it back to admin@ncsafewater.org, if paying with debit or credit card. You may also mail payments to our office at: 2841 Plaza Place, Suite 130, Raleigh, NC, 27612 Mailed forms may be processed slower due to staff working remotely. Your exam app will be reviewed for approval per usual. Once approved, the exam application will be processed for payment and your candidate information will be forwarded to the exam 3rd party exam administrator. The exam administrator will notify you via email or phone with instructions on how to schedule your exam. You may take the exam at any of the authorized testing centers at a date and time of your choosing on or before 07/31/2021.
