Maintenance professionals in the DW/WW industry are confronted with increasing technology challenges & changes requiring an extensive knowledge of many facets of industrial maintenance. To stay abreast of these challenges, there is a need to implement a continual program of education, reinforcement & validation of the skills necessary to sustain our industry. This program provides the ability to raise & validate knowledge/skills required to successfully perform according to current standards.
Continuing Education:
- WASTEWATER, WATER TREATMENT FACILITY OPERATORS, DISTRIBUTION OPERATORS, CROSS CONNECTION/BACKFLOW OPERATORS: This course is approved for 22.0 contact hours by the NCWTFOCB and NC WPCSOCC. Course IDs:

- PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS: This course is approved for 22.0 PDH’s.
- MAINTENANCE TECHNOLOGIST: This course is approved for 22.0 contact hours.
