Seasoned water/wastewater guru, or new water/wastewater guru, come one come all as the growing Triangle Region Grow Committee hosts our final event of 2024!   The theme of this event will be a panel discussion located in the Smoky Hollow District of Downtown Raleigh focusing on how to set up your water/wastewater projects for success, with unique perspectives provided from Engineers, Contractors, and Owners.  Please arrive early for networking where snacks and drinks will be provided, followed by the panel discussion overlooking the Smoky Hollow District.

This panel discussion will focus on various topics including but not limited to:  

1. Dos and Don’ts of Contract Document Development
2. Alternative Project Delivery and Traditional Project Delivery, when does each model make sense?
3. How to handle project changes effectively
4. What do Contractor’s look for when reviewing contract documents
5. Why contract specifications are critical for project success
6. What do Owner’s consider a successful project, and what are the project characteristics.
7. Cost estimating when uncertainty is high
