The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly Effects of Technological Improvements within the Water Utility

Utility Management Seminar

The Conference Center at GTCC, 7908 Leabourne Rd, Colfax, NC 27235

Tuesday, March 18, 2025

Join us for the Annual Seminar hosted by our Utility Management Workgroup!

The market is teeming with varying technological offerings designed to make water utility operations more profitable by enhancing efficiency, providing empirical data, and modernizing customer offerings.

When the utility decides to undertake these projects, they begin with the end in mind. However, the journey to the finish line is often riddled with unforeseen challenges, seemingly impossible hurdles, and many other pains the utility must work through to achieve a successful implementation.

This seminar will showcase some of the highs and lows experienced by our peers as they describe the impacts of technological implementations on their customer service, field operations, financial operations, staff morale, and more.
