Your Complimentary Speaker Registration for the 2025 NC One Water Conference

Thank you for speaking at the 2025 Annual Conference! We are grateful for your expertise and excited for your participation.

This guide contains important information about the complimentary access badge you receive as a speaker.

About Your Access Badge

As a speaker, you receive a Speaker Access Badge for the day of your presentation. Here’s what’s included:

• INCLUDES: Access to the technical sessions and the exhibit hall for the day you are speaking. You will be asked to confirm your presentation time in the registration process.

• DOES NOT INCLUDE: Catered events such as lunch/evening socials/ceremonies, or technical session CEUs/PDHs. 

• SPECIAL INVITATION: You are invited to the Sunday Welcome Social on November 2nd from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m. to network and pick up your badge early.

How to Register (Step-by-Step)

Please follow these instructions carefully to claim your complimentary pass.

1. Click the green "Register" button on this page.

2. Enter your contact information.

3. In the section for "Speaker", enter your session's track, date & time.

4. Click "Next."

5. Select the correct ticket that matches the day you are speaking.

   • Example: If you speak on Monday, choose the ticket named "2025 AC: Speaker, Monday Only." If you speak on Monday and Tuesday, choose the ticket named "2025 AC: Speaker, Full Conference."

6. Click "Save & Finalize Registration" to complete the process.

At the Conference: Picking Up Your Badge

You can pick up your speaker badge at either of these times:

1. Early Pickup (Recommended): At the Sunday Welcome Social on Sunday, November 2nd, from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m.

2. Day-Of Pickup: On the day of your session at the Engagement Lounge, located in the center of the Convention Center Exhibit Hall.

After picking up your badge, please report to your designated technical session room at your scheduled time.

Important Note for Speakers Seeking CEUs/PDHs

If you are a speaker who needs continuing education credits, you have two options:

• Option 1 (Using this Speaker Registration): You are eligible for Instructor CEUs/PDHs only. Use the form provided (HERE) to submit for credit after the conference.

• Option 2 (For Full Attendee Credits): Do not use this complimentary registration. Instead, you must register and pay for a conference ticket at the posted price (Register Here) to receive attendee continuing education credits for all of the technical sessions you attend.
