Important Deadlines and Credit Information for NC One Water Instructors/Speakers
To receive contact hours or professional development hours (PDH) for teaching at an NC One Water School or Seminar, you must submit your completed form no later than one week post-event. Please DOWNLOAD and list your class/presentation details on the Instructor Classes Sheet For Upload, save it and upload it below in the Instructor Contact Hours Form. (Seminar speakers, please put the seminar name under the "class" heading.)
Credit Details:
For WATER you'll receive 0.50 hours for each hour of class taught.
For WATEWATER you'll receive 1.0 hours for each hour of class taught.
All hours will be collected and reported after each school/seminar. A list of instructors and their earned hours will be sent to the NC WPCSOCC and NCWTFOCB. Please note, Professional Engineers (PEs) are responsible for submitting their own PDH evidence.
Late Submissions:
Forms received after reports have been compiled will not be included on the list sent to the certification boards. Your form will be reviewed, confirmed, and emailed back to you - it will be your responsibility to report your hours appropriately.
