We will be hosting our next G.R.O.W. event at the Piedmont Triad Regional Council, which is conveniently located right off of I-40 in Kernersville NC. The program will feature lunch, networking time, and a presentation on Communication. For this event we have partnered with NC AWWA-WEA's The Academy for Water Professional Development to provide more information on the Academy, and give a presentation on Communication as an introduction to to more in-depth discussions offered by Academy classes. If you are not familiar with The Academy, it is a structured training program focused on providing leadership training to support required state licenses and prepare participants to be supervisors and leaders in their field.

Communication Presentation Description

Communication is vital to successfully developing a high performing organization. This session is an introduction to help participants identify their strengths and weaknesses. Participants will leave with tips on how to transform their weaknesses into opportunities for personal and professional growth.
