The goals of the seminar are to:
• Give an overall federal and state regulatory update as it pertains to the wastewater industry.
• Discuss existing and emerging wastewater technologies, including high-rate treatment systems, short-cut nutrient removal, and biosolids
energy recovery technologies.
• Panel discussion of reclaimed water systems in North Carolina and how the drivers for such systems have changed over the years.
