Important Deadlines

Registrations RECEIVED on or before September 18, 2017 will be charged at the Early Registration Rate (according to member/non-member rates).

Registrations received after September 19, 2017 and on or before October 24, 2017 will be charged at the Regular Registration Rate (according to member/non-member rates). All registrations received after October 24, 2017 will be charged the On-site registration rate at the conference.

Only on-site registration will be accepted after October 24, 2017 at the conference.

Hotel Reservations

BEWARE OF CONFERENCE HOUSING SCAM!

We have had reports that a company calling themselves "Expo Housing Services" is calling exhibitors and offering to make their hotel reservations for the Annual Conference. WE HAVE NOT CONTRACTED WITH THIS COMPANY, OR ANY OTHER COMPANY, TO MAKE HOUSING ARRANGEMENTS. The only way to make hotel reservations for the Annual Conference is to call the company yourself.
