The NC AWWA-WEA Wastewater Collection & Water Distribution Systems Committee will host a Utility Owner’s Panel Discussion regarding construction of pipeline projects utilizing and Alternative Delivery approach. Discussion will revolve around (1) why was an alternative approach considered, (2) if alternative delivery was ultimately not utilized, why, (3) how did the utility prepare its staff for an alternative delivery project, and (4) what were the key take always or lessons learned in using this approach.
