The NC AWWA-WEA Wastewater Collection & Water Distribution Systems Committee will host a Discussion centered on the various technologies available today that can be used to perform condition assessment of existing pressurized pipes. This information can in turn be used to aid in determining the pressure pipes remaining useful life. Factors that will be discussed include selection methodology for the technologies deployed, their associated costs, and the information gathered during the condition assessment process. The goal of this discussion is to help utilities determine what technologies are available for collecting data used in a pressurized piping condition assessment effort.
