Registration Confirmation (Receipts)
Confirmations (receipts) are sent to all attendees registering for one of our events and to all individuals purchasing a NC SLAM membership.
Confirmations are EMAILED to the registrant. As of January 2015, due to privacy issues, confirmations can no longer be emailed to anyone other the registrant without prior consent from the registrant. Confirmations will only be mailed to the registrant when an email address is not provided. Confirmations will not be mailed to anyone other than the registrant without consent.
In order to provide consent, the individual may log into their profile this website and update the fields referencing Profile Access, complete the Privacy Release Form, or contact NC AWWA-WEA for more information.
If you are registering for an event and do not receive confirmation of your registration, contact the NC AWWA-WEA office BEFORE the event to confirm your registration. Refunds and switches will NOT be granted to attendees who do not attend an event because they did not receive confirmation of their registration.
It is the responsibility of the person receiving the receipt/confirmation to forward as necessary.
Duplicate copies of receipts may be printed from within your profile on this website.
