If we cancel an event due to inclement weather, we will contact all registered participants by phone. If the event continues as scheduled but you cannot travel due to inclement weather in your area, you must call the NC AWWA-WEA office by 3:00pm the day before the event to cancel your registration and receive a refund (minus a $15 administrative fee) or switch to another event. Switches must be to a similar event, within the same calendar year.
