Duplicate Certificates for Seminars,  and Conferences will be printed for a $15 fee. To request a duplicate certificate, complete the Request Form and submit with payment. Duplicates may take up to five (5) business days to generate and they cannot be faxed.

Duplicate Certificates for Schools (for all courses EXCEPT Water Meter Technician)
For schools held at community colleges, duplicate certificates may be obtained by contacting the community college at which the class was held. You must follow the community college’s rules and procedures for obtaining a duplicate certificate.

For schools NOT hosted at a community college, the NC AWWA-WEA will print duplicate certificates for a $15 fee. To request a duplicate certificate from the NC AWWA-WEA, complete the Request Form and submit with payment. Duplicates from NC AWWA-WEA may take up to five (5) business days to generate and they cannot be faxed.
