Switch = Same Attendee, Different Registration

Seminars

If space is available, it may be possible to switch to another NC AWWA-WEA seminar within the same calendar year. It is not possible to switch to a school or conference. Requests to switch must be received in writing at least five (5) business days before the original seminar. When switching seminars, if there is a cost difference between the original seminar and the new seminar, call the NC AWWA-WEA office for details on how it will be handled.

Schools

If space is available, it may be possible to switch from one class to another within the same school. It is not possible to switch to a class that will be held at a different school, or to a conference or seminar. When switching classes at a school, if there is a cost difference between the original class and the new class, call the NC AWWA-WEA office for details on how it will be handled.

Conferences

It may be possible to switch from one registration type to another within the same conference. It is not possible to switch to registration at another conference, school, or seminar. When switching registration types at a conference, if there is a cost difference between the original registration type and the new registration type, call the NC AWWA-WEA office for details on how it will be handled.
